Gadaka Congratulates Bomoi over his Victory

The Chairman of All progressives Congress (APC)in Yobe state,Alhaji Mohammed Gadaka has Congratulated Senator Ibrahim Mohammed Bomoi  for re-election into office as the senator representing Yobe South Senatorial District.

Gadaka said ,the law maker would continue to bring and unite the people of yobe south together and bring his experience to work towards improving the lives of people of the Senatorial districts.

The party chairman appealed the party members and all people of the Yobe South senatorial district to continue supporting Senator Ibrahim Mohammed Bomoi policies and programmes for the government to effectively and efficiently improve the lives of the people of the area.

He also commended the state APC campaign Council for working round the clock for ensuring the success of the party and its senatorial candidates in the State.

Gadaka prayed Almighty Allah to continue to guide and protect and gives Senator Bomoi asound health throughout his tenure in office.

By Yusuf A Yusuf, Damaturu  As part of its ongoing mission to support education, the Madakin Gudi Foundation has cleared five months’ stipends for 167 volunteer teachers across twenty-one schools in the Fika Local Government Area of Yobe State. A team from the Foundation mandated to carry out the payment set out in the early hours of Wednesday, 11th March 2026, visiting each of the 21 schools for the exercise.  The team first visited the Chana community and later proceeded to Godowoli and other villages, ending the exercise in Gadaka. Three volunteers in each of the schools were given the sum of One Hundred Thousand Naira to cover their monthly stipends. Yobe L-PRES Project Hands Over Livestock Market to Geidam Community

By Yusuf A Yusuf, Damaturu  The Livestock Productivity and Resilience Support Project (L-PRES), a World Bank-funded program, has commissioned and handed over a modern livestock market to the Geidam local government area of Yobe State.  The market, located at the Nigeria-Niger border, is expected to boost livestock trade between the two countries and create jobs. The market covers a 400m x 400m area, with features including perimeter fencing, gates, security outpost, veterinary clinic, administrative block, solar-powered boreholes, and drinking points. Other amenities include loading and off-loading ramps, toilets, and a livestock weighing scale. Project Coordinator Adama Hussaini Madaki said the market would strengthen livestock trade and improve revenue generation. Yobe APC Exco Receive National Party Chairman Ganduje
