The landmark decision emerged from a high-stakes strategy dinner convened in Maiduguri by the National Centre for the Control of Small Arms and Light Weapons (NCCSALW). The gathering led by Director General DIG Johnson Babatunde Kokumo (rtd)marked the first time commanders from the Police, DSS, NSCDC, military, and state security apparatus sat side-by-side to codify a joint operational roadmap.
