Youth Engagement:Seyi Tinubu in Yobe for Renewed Hope Initiative

The son of Nigeria's President, Seyi Tinubu, visited Yobe State on Friday alongside the Honorable Minister of Youth Development,Mr.Ayodele Olawande.

Seyi, who initially paid homage to the Emir of Damaturu, Alh. Shehu Hashimi II Ibn Umar Al-Amin Elkanemi, also paid a courtesy visit to the state Governor, Mai Mala Buni, to strengthen collaboration for a brighter future.  

He later proceeded to engage with the youth of the state at an event held in the banquet hall of the Government House in Damaturu.  

The Minister of Youth Development,Development,Comrade Ayodele Olawande in a short speech, emphasized the Tinubu administration’s commitment to youth development, stressed that they have numerous initiatives tailored for young people.

“As the Minister of Youth Development, we’re dedicated to ensuring these initiatives reach Yobe State,” he said.

Mr. Seyi's engagement with the youth and young stakeholders in the state aimed to foster discussions on youth empowerment and national development.  

The Renewed Hope Youth Empowerment (RHYE) initiative and Iftar program provided a platform for meaningful dialogue and connection with the youth of Yobe.
