Madakin Gudi Foundation storm Yusufari for medical outreach

In continuation of it's Medical Outreach across Yobe State, Madakin Gudi Foundation was in Yusufari for the exercise. 

The exercise which commenced at about 11:30am on Saturday 11th January, 2025 saw the diagnosis of patients from across various communities of Yusufari Local Government Area. 

On arrival, the team of Medical Experts led by the Coordinator of the Project Malam Hassan Kaku paid homage to the Emir of Yusufari,His royal highness,Alhaji Muhammad Ibn Zakariya and sought for his fatherly blessings towards the success of the exercise. 

The Emir thanked the Yobe State APC Chairman Alhaji Muhammad Gadaka for initiating the project. 

The Royal father noted that ,the exercise is of great importance to the people especially the most vulnerable ones pointing out that there are many people who were sick and cannot afford medical bills. 

He said with this kind of initiative a healthy and stronger society will be achieved. 

On their part, some beneficiaries who spoke shortly after receiving the treatment appreciated the gesture and called on other philantropic individuals in the society to emulate. 

The team of the Health Experts is expected to proceed to Bukarti Community in Yunusari Local Government Area for the same mission.

Buni attends Christmas Carol, pledges support for Christian fateful

9 Months After:5,029 Staff Fail to Submit Bio Data Forms in Yobe

Yusuf, Damaturu   A total of 5,029 out of 32,140 staff members in the Yobe State Government workforce have failed to submit their Bio Data forms nine months after the verification exercise in the state.   The Permanent Secretary of the Yobe State Public Service and Chairman of the Committee for the Generation of the Nominal Roll of Yobe State Civil Servants, Dr. Bukar Kilo, disclosed this on Wednesday while presenting the verification report to the State Head of Service, Alhaji Tonga Betara Bularafa.   He stated that 27,111 out of the 32,140 total workforce participated in the exercise, while 5,029 staff members failed to submit their Bio Data forms, raising concerns about the authenticity of the staff records.   To address this issue, the committee has proposed the establishment of a Verification Committee.  According to Dr. Kilo, "The Verification Committee will require all staff who failed to submit thei...
