Buni's aides give out 500 free JAMB forms to youths in Damaturu

As part of efforts to complement Governor Buni's administration towards the revitalization of education,500 youths from Ali Marami Housing Estate in damaturu have benefited from free Joint Admission and Matriculation (JAMB) Programme in the state.
The free JAMB Programme was sponsored jointly by the Director General Press and media affairs to the GovernorMai Mala Buni,Alhaji Mamman Mohammed, Executive secretary Yobe State Emergency Management Agency (SEMA) Dr Mohammed Goje as well as the Chairman Nigerian Union of journalists ( NUJ) Yobe state Council, Comrade Rajab Mohammed.
Speaking to blueskynews during the distribution exercise Comrade ,Rajab Mohammed Said the programme was initiated to complement Government's effort in the revitalization of education through encouraging youths to further their education.
He revealed that,over 500 youths from across Ali Marami Housing Estate and its extension in damaturu benefited from the first phase of the programme.
"The free JAMB registration Programme is targeting over 500 students to be sponsored out of their personal money",Said Rajab.
The NUJ Chairman used the medium and commended the efforts of the state government under the leadership of Governor Mai Mal Buni for transforming the state in both human development and capital infrastructure.
He called on the beneficiaries to come out en-masse to vote for Governor Mai Mala Buni and all other APC candidates on Saturday's 2023 Gubernatorial and state Assembly elections.
Some of the beneficiaries who spoke to blueskynews , Khadija Ahmad Tijjani, Maryam Lawan, Al' Amin Babagana and Usman Abdullahi Jajare commended the efforts of the sponsors of the program and assured to make good use of the money given to them.
They also assured to mobilize eligible voters to vote for APC candidates at all levels during the forthcoming Gubernatorial and state Assembly elections.
