NGO hands over borehole,latrine, classrooms to Yobe community
By Yusuf A Yusuf, Damaturu A non-governmental organisation, Save the Children International (SCI) in partnership with Life At Best Development Initiative (LABDI) with funding from European Civil Protection and Humanitarian and Protection (ECHO), Tuesday, handed over borehole, latrine, class rooms to Garin Itace community of Gujba LGA of Yobe state. The field manager, SCI Yobe office, Mr Dennis Elisha Dibal, said the project aims to strengthen access to and improve the quality of basic education and children protection in emergencies in Northeast Nigeria.
