The Yobe State Police Command has arrested a 40-year-old man, Usman Ahmed, for physically assaulting a female health worker at the Specialist Hospital in Damaturu.
According to the Police Public Relations Officer, SP Dungus Abdulkarim, the incident occurred after a disagreement over the provision of medical attention, during which the suspect reportedly attacked the female health worker with a stick.

Additionally, the Police encouraged citizens to report incidents of violence or misconduct, promote non-violent conflict resolution, and show respect for health workers who play vital roles in society.
