Yobe holds induction training for 2,670 newly employed staff

By Yusuf A Yusuf, Damaturu  Yobe state government in collaboration with CEES Assist Resources Ltd have  on thursday organized an orientation workshop for over 2670 newly employed staff for effective service delivery in their respective ministries, departments and agencies in the state. Declaring the orientation training opened,Yobe state Head of Civil Service,Hamidu M Alhaji said,the training is imperative in the state  drive to inculcate in the new workers with the essential skills knowledge and values in discharging their responsibilities for the attainment of optimum results. Gov.Buni Celebrates with 171 graduates of foreign Scholarship

By Yusuf A Yusuf, Damaturu  Governor Mai Mala Buni of Yobe state  has assured that education would continue to occupy a prominent position on the priority list of his administration for a prosperous future for the state. Buni stated this on Thursday at a reception organized in honor of 171 graduates of Buni foreign Scholarship Scheme who recently graduated from various universities in India. He said,"You may recall that this administration sponsored a total number of 233 Yobe State indigenes to study medical sciences, engineering, and other allied science courses, which are driven by our needs in the multifaceted post-insurgency recovery program administration. Yobe APC Condoles with Finance Commissioner Over Wife's death

Muhammad Gadaka has paid a condolence visit to Hon.Muhammed Abacha Geidam,Yobe State Commissioner of Finance over the death of his wife,late Hajiya Hauwa Hassan Yusuf. Late Hauwa Hassan Yusuf died on Wednesday after a protracted Illness at the hospital in Abuja. The State APC Chairman on behalf of himself and entire APC card carrying members in the state sympathized with finance commissioner prayed to Allah (SWA)to give the family members the strength to bear the immense loss. He also prayed to Almighty Allah to forgives the deceased shortcomings and grant her Aljannatur firdaus.
