Yobe APC Leaders Hit Jajere, Ngelzarma Emirates, Mobilize Voters for President Tinubu,Baba Wali

The All Progressives Congress (APC) in Yobe State has taken its consultative campaign to the traditional palaces of Jajere and Ngelzarma emirates, urging residents to come out en masse and vote for all party candidates in the forthcoming general elections.

State Party Chairman,Alhaji Mohammad Gadaka, made the call on Sunday while leading a high-powered delegation that included the APC governorship candidate, Alhaji Baba Mallam Wali; his deputy,Barrister Saleh Samanja and other top party officials to the two emirates.

The visit is part of the party's ongoing consultation with traditional rulers, political stakeholders, and community leaders across the state ahead of the presidential, senatorial,House of Representatives, governorship, and state assembly elections.

Chairman Gadaka expressed confidence in the party's chances at the polls, citing the achievements of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Governor Mai Mala Buni as evidence of the APC's capacity to deliver good governance.

"With the track record of our leaders at both the federal and state levels, we are confident of winning all elective positions," Gadaka said.

Speaking at both emirates, the APC governorship candidate, Alhaji Baba Mallam Wali, acknowledged the challenges facing Yobe State and assured the people that his administration, if elected, would ensure that all 178 wards across the state benefit from the dividends of democracy.

He urged the people to vote for him, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the three senatorial candidates,House of Representatives candidates, and all 24 House of Assembly candidates of the APC.

Wali also expressed gratitude to the emirs, political leaders, and residents of Jajere and Ngelzarma for their warm reception and hospitality, promising to remain committed to the development of the state.

At their respective palaces, the Emir of Ngelzarma, His Royal Highness, Alhaji Muhammad Mai Yari Ibn Isa III, and the Emir of Jajere, His Royal Highness, Dr. Mai Hamza Buba Ibn Isa Mashio, commended Governor Mai Mala Buni for the developmental projects executed across the state.

The traditional rulers assured the APC governorship candidate of their prayers and divine guidance.

In a significant development, the Emir of Jajere conferred the traditional title of Sardaunan Jajere on the APC governorship candidate, Alhaji Baba Mallam Wali, during the visit.

The APC consultation team included the party chairman, Alhaji Mohammad Gadaka, governorship candidate, Alhaji Baba Mallam Wali, Senator representing Yobe South, Senator Ibrahim Mohammed Bomoi, Speaker of the Yobe State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Chiroma Buba Mashio and deputy governorship candidate, Barrister Saleh Samanja.

Others in the entourage were former Deputy Governor of Yobe State and former Minister of Power, Engr. Abubakar D. Aliyu Hon. Fatima Talba (Nangere/Potiskum Federal Constituency) Hon. Mohammed Buba Jajere (Fika/Fune), Hon. Tijjani Zannah Zakariya (Machina/Nguru/Yusufari),as well as members of the State House of Assembly, commissioners, special advisers, and other top government officials.

The consultative tour ended with a renewed commitment by party leaders and traditional rulers to work together for the success of the APC in the forthcoming elections.
