By Yusuf A Yusuf, Damaturu  In an effort to ensure effective and efficient service delivery in achieving Universal Health Care Coverage in the state,Yobe Contributory Healthcare Management Agency (YSCHMA)has organized a one day town hall meeting with it's enrolees as well as stakeholders across the 3 zones of the State . The meeting is a step taking by the agency towards providing wider sensitization and engagement of beneficiaries of the scheme to understand the roles of all stakeholders involved including YSCHMA, health facilities and beneficiaries. This is contained in a statement by the Press Secretary to Yobe SSG, Shuaibu Abdullahi and made available to press men in Damaturu  According to the statement,Governor Buni has also directed all Local Government Chairmen to handover the affairs of their Local Governments to Directors of Personnel Management on or before Thursday 25th April, 2024.

He described as unfortunate that such incidence is happening at a time when the state is enjoying relative peace across the state. "It is sad and regrettable that lives are lost in an avoidable circumstance. "Gov. The governor prayed to Almighty Allah (SWT) to accept every act of worship executed by the people during the holy month.
