Emir of Fika present items of clothing,cash to Orphans in Potiskum

The Emir of Fika and Chairman of Yobe State Council of Traditional Rulers Dr Muhammadu Ibn Abali Muhammadu Idrissa on Thursday offered items of clothing and cash to Orphans in Potiskum town.

Distributing the materials at his palace in potiskum,the Royal Father prayed for unity and peaceful coexistence among the people of the area.

He used the forum to appeal to well-meaning individuals in society to always assist orphans in order to earn them an improved livelihood.

The orphans were chosen from across the districts of the Emirate.

 In his vote of thanks, the District Head of Arikime, Alhaji Haruna Usman described the Emir as an examplary leader who has always been preaching peaceful coexistence and support to orphans and vulnerable persons.
